Mr. Mallory focuses his practice on litigation, including federal Indian law. He has represented tribes and tribal entities before federal, state, and tribal courts in all stages of litigation, including water issues, sovereign immunity, and employment and contractual disputes. He also advises tribes on treaty-rights issues and compliance with state and local laws. Mr. Mallory graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and then clerked for the Honorable Diane J. Humetewa of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He is also a board member of the National Native American Bar Association and was recognized last year by the National Center for American Indian Economic Development with its “40 Under 40” Award.
